Torque settings? Bentley Manual?

Hi,

Im looking to torque up all the bolts on my new cylinder head bolts along with injectors and pistons etc, can anyone give me any files that have all the torque settings, maybe the bentley manual has them? Can anyone give me a link or email/upload it for me?

Ahh, sorry mate. Its an AWX, 1.9TDI 130 Avant.

I can't find anywhere with all the settings in one place on Elsawin. This will do you the cylinder head bolts:

Stage 1 40nm
Stage 2 60nm
Stage 3 angle tighten a further 90 degrees
Stage 4 angle tighten a further 90 degrees

Can't post tightening sequence as I'm on my phone at the min will see if I can upload a pic to photobucket though

This is for the injectors:

If necessary, adjust the unit injector and tighten the securing bolt as follows:

l	Tightening torque: 12 Nm + 270° ([SUP]3[/SUP]/[SUB]4[/SUB] turn further).

–	First tighten inner bolts -2- and then outer bolts -1- in several stages.

l	Tightening torque: 20 Nm +90° ([SUP]1[/SUP]/[SUB]4[/SUB] turn further).

Cheers guys. What about piston bolts? Just done a full set of bottom end bearings, so crankshaft bolts would also be good!
