Top Mount Bush

Hi guys, I've changed my top mount and bearing on one side but there was a small bush I didn't put back. I haven't seen it mentioned on any guides and wasn't sure if it was actually needed. Here's a link to a picture.

Looks like the other side didn't have one.

Looks like a locating bush, not seen one before.
