Tool Numbers

So im im about to undertake the timing belt change on my B5 2.5 V6, ive been told i need tools 3391 (Cam Bar) and 3242 (Crank Lock Pin).

I spoke to audi and asked them to confirm, they reckon the crank pin P/N is correcr but the Cam Bar tool number isnt for the 2.5 only the 2.4 and 2.8 V6....

So whats wha difference or can i just order this part and it will work regardless?

Yes I think the angles are different. However I bought mine for my 2.8 from eBay for £20. Worked fine. You just need to lock the two cams together and ensure it’s robust enough to keep the key way still while you tighten the nut.
