Tire sizes?

Hi guys recently got my self a set of bargain wheels and i now need tires for them, they are 19" and 8.5 wide.

i've got H&R springs in the car atm, what tire size do you's recommend???

215/35/19 to reduce rubbing, but will have a bit of stretch 'n poke.
225/35/19 will be a few quid more, but will have less stretch 'n poke but will rub a bit more probably.
