Tinted Windows

So I've been ringing around to get some quotes, today I phone a local company who quoted £500! They say "we are different from all the other companies" I ask how? To which they advise they remove all the glass completely, rear screen, rear windows and rear quarter lights to do a proper job!

Is it only me? I would not want some tinting company removing the glass completely from my car then reinstalling it?

I have a great company in surrey I've used for 15 years & there work is flawless

I got all windows done for I think £100 if I remember right and all quotes I had at the time were about the same.

Had mine done for £140, top job too

Mine were £140 from the guy who does them for the Audi dealership. Avant B pillar back.

Not that i would pay 500 quid for it but it is the best way to do it by removing glass completely

Had mine done it was £140 they removed the door glass to fit it and removed the inside panels and covered up the electrics ...

i've been looking at getting mine done, been quoted £120 for rear windows.

didn't think that was too bad to be fair.

I paid £160 to do the rears, top job too - looks factory. They didnt remove the windows and didnt need to.

Very strange they needed to remove the windows, the tinting guy I go to doesn't remove the glass, he as a contract with Audi, BMW and Mercedes in Belfast to do their cars, he does a first class job could barely tell the difference in his work and factory glass

Tint vision I think mate, just play one company off against it the other till you get the best price!
