Hello. I change the timing belt, rollers, water pump and tensioner with new studs 2 mounts ago and I done 3k. today tensioner stud snap. ( i did use a torque wrench and torq it as in manual) Has anybody had engine break apart manual, please? I would like to take the head out and see if it is repairable or not. Maybe somebody could lint to post where it is already posted. I am a hydraulic engineer and have plenty of tools to do job. Just an experience not enough wit these engines.
