Don't touch seals if they are not leaking, the new style Ptfe seals are much more prone to leaking than the old style that are fitted to the car. Just get a good quality water pump and timing belt kit with rollers and replace the studs as well if they come in the kit. Also pay attention to the aux belt tensioner, the plastic bushes wear trough and will cut trough the belt if it has too much slack. I do hope you have the timing tool kit required as these engines don't like "mark and pray" jobs !
