i have a 9 month old 2018 Q5 that has an acceleration lag when pulling away from a standing start. This is especially dangerous when pulling into moving traffic. The issue is not 100 % of the time but often enough to give me concerns. Could be dangerous to my family and me. Appreciate any thoughts and similar issues.

I use a Racechip throttle controller. I had the same peeve with my A6 3.0 tdi. I couldn't recommend it enough! easy to install and wont break the bank. I will warn you though after I had mine mapped putting it in RACE+ can cause soiled pants.

Hi all,
I used sprint booster on my B6 TDi quattro as I was fed up with the lag you mentioned and it certainly does make a difference, I found you still get a little bit of lag but is drastically reduced. Hope this helps. My first comment! Whoopee!
