Throttle Body/VCDS HELP Please

afternoon guys

i have a 2006 2.0 TDi 140 on 173k. had the "throttle body" replace on 06/10/14 and ive done just short of 2000 miles since and today all of a sudden "limp mode" and these faults showing on VCDS:

8 Faults Found:

012545 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157)
P3101 - 000 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent

000581 - Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75)
P0245 - 000 - Short to Ground

013171 - Intake Manifold Change-Over Valve
P3373 - 000 - Open or Short to Ground

005269 - Switch-Over Valve for EGR Cooler (N345)
P1495 - 000 - Open or Short to Ground

012294 - Relay for High-Output Preheating of Coolant (J360)
P3006 - 000 - Open or Short to Ground

012545 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157)
P3101 - 000 - Open or Short to Ground

001668 - Glow Plug Control Module (J179)
P0684 - 000 - Implausible Signal

001393 - Brake Switch (F)
P0571 - 000 - Implausible Signal - MIL ON

Readiness: 0 0 1 1 1

Previous to these faults there was NO faults holding on VCDS...
anyone with any ideas of what may of caused this to happen?

( i have emailed the garage who did the work but they are closed until monday so hoping it could be an easy fix i can do)
