Hey Guys,
I have contacted the chap and as David mentioned they are due early next week, the owner will put together a price and let me know, unfortunately I am out of the country for 4 weeks from next week so arranging the group buy will be difficult. If anyone wants to take the reigns and organise a group buy for them please feel free, alternatively I will have to arrange something when I am back in the new year.

Unsure if it's against forum rules for me to chime in here, but either way would like to become a forum sponsor if someone could point me in the right direction? We've got lots of products for the A3 8V and other models plus our own project S3 8V Saloon which I'll update you all on in due course.
I'm happy to answer any questions you may have and will work out a forum discount structure based on quantity ordered in the group buy.
We're expecting more stock next week and will be ready for delivery shortly thereafter!

I know not to everyones taste, but a little xmas present for the car.
Fitted a set of these today from Raywell. Pretty quick and easy to install although one side was a bit more stubborn than the other.
Sub 5 / 10 min job.
To remove original under door puddle lights:
1) insert flat blade / trim tool under nearest edge to the car at one end. ( there is a small space ) gently wiggle and original bulb unit will lift out. One side of the car for me was very easy, other was a lot tighter for some reason but all good in the end.
2) remove black wire harness plug and insert into the new bulb / heatsink assembly. Once again one side slotted on easily and the second bulb for the other door was a little more stubborn with the connector.
3) push back into door and push until it clicks to make flush. job done.

I fitted these to mine today but some how managed to snap one of the original units out of it housing any idea how much they are to replace
