Those LED light indicator lights on the A6

Apologies I don't know their proper name, I'm taking about the ones that seem to move across the indicator, light by light?

Anyway, is it possible using software to enable these on an A4 black edition ?

I can see the individual lights so surely it's possible?
Sorry if it's been asked before I haven't seen anything about it after searching though.
