Hi buddy,

-Turbo whine or siren noise

- DPF issues are very common (gut them, map it out)

- Clutches are like butter

-ESP light occasionally.

Good cars, but if they do go wrong, be prepared, they are expensive If your not the sort of person 'in the know'/in the trade!

check for idle judders, some pd170 needed injectors recalled,

Its important to note that if there is an outstanding recall on the car you may buy, but it runs sweet, DO NOT have them changed.

So many people out there who had perfectly fine cars before the change, then WHAM!- bad idle/clatter. Ofcourse the dealers have there blinkers on, and act completely stupid.

It worked well for some, not for others. Obviously if its noisy anyway, might aswell change them.

'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'

Bit over the top this.

DPF issues are only common on higher mileage cars and when you do hardly any mileage.

The 170 Turbo is fine also
