The server is not responding

Anyone else see this error message, i have a MyAudi account, and a MMI Connect account. I have contacted Audi support, their advice was to take the car to a main dealer (Ummmm)

My issue has been going on for since i got the car.... :(

Other people are also complaining there's an issue, here's a quote

"I have spoken to our Audi Connect Specialist on your behalf and, they have advised that we are currently experiencing issues with the special destinations (POI) on myAudi and that they are not working for some customers. Our Audi Connect Support Team are working on a fix. We currently have no date for when the issue will be resolved."

I got the same response yesterday - currently no definite date for this to be resolved! Pretty poor really.
