Working nights last night and as you do when you have 5 mins you troll the good old internet, well i just bought some 19+9 genuine Audi Speedlines complete with tires . there in need of refurbishment.
so as i'm thing matte bronze center high gloss black rime all the bolts replaced with black ones and black valves. I seam to like this bronze and gloss black look. the others i was looking at would have cost me over £2k and as i cant see one i wasn't going to take the risk in buying them and they not suite the car like the other ones.

These are the the wheels i bought there from an S5 , spigot rings on the way, will put pics up once on car before refurbish

BeennyG looking good , i can see your are in a dam site better condition then mine, received them last night when i was at work so this morning, i can honestly say i have never ever ever seen curbed wheels as bad as these, how someone can drive and do this to a set of wheels is beyond me.Looks like a blind man/women has been driving

I totally feel your pain on that one. I wish I could say it was the previous owner who curbed my wheels but my dear Father took my car whilst i was at work to get the motor MOT'd. He curbed the gloss black wheels so bad (showing jagged bare metal) it looked like someone took a chisel to them!!

Haha, Ive been keeping it a secret until I get my GoPro sorted BUT the 3'' full decat is installed (Mandrel bends) and its BEAUTIFUL!

Promise to post pics and hopefully a video soon!!

Honestly, mine are far from perfect. All four of mine are curbed too. I will get them refurbed at some point during the winter months when my winter alloys come out.

Mine, kind of like yours, are from a B8 S4 and needed spigot rings too.

DrStrange, that something i wouldn't doing but would need to buy a GoPro, i bet it it put a smile on your face especially when you give some.
I had Rover Vitesse 2.7 had a 2.5" stainless on it, the car was about 4" off floor and it was a real work of art , they had to alter it 3 time until it was right due to it being so low. but the end result as amazing peace of work.

Hi Mate, mine are 19x8.5.

Tyre wise though I'm running 235/35/19

Unfortunately i don't I had it all de-badged, Motobuild racing did some work on it and on my 820 vittess , it was in British racing green and the 820 in Caribbean blue, used get attention every where i went.

Had a trial fit today before i go to work with the speedline these have 255/35/19 and the wheels are 19+9's

Yep they look good, i may even keep that size tyre on. going to take them to a company in Doncaster that specialist in refurbishment of speedline wheels and with the color i want, they should look really nice, going to need a hell of a lot work though

So good in my opinion!

They will come out amazing when refurb'd.

My younger bro (only 22) just passed his driving test saw a 'Chris Fix' Tutorial on Youtube how to referbish wheels and has done all 4 of his fiesta ST. They have come out amazing! Do it yourself if you can!

(Saying that, i probably wouldnt haha)

That's fantastic! Well you've built up a pretty good picture of what it was like. At the time, i wanted my old man to get one.
