    Hello all
During all this virus ******** i, like many others had some unexpected time off and i finally had time to do some custom work on the car, which is an 09 S3 3 door.
Airbox is made from stainless with thick smoked acrylic/perspex 4mm i beleive and there is a second 3 inch air inlet with silicone piping that runs down and replaces the foglight. Air induction noise is amazing and coming from stock the gains were nice. The inlet pipe is a titanium exhaust tip from a old set of pipes from my Aprilia RSV1000R

Thoughts? Anyone else done a dual intake setup?

Yeah only thing is that fog area needs stealth, doesn't look great imho, overall, nice job.

What gains are you realistically achieving with proved before & after logs.

Don’t think power gains are worth thinking about but you’ve got more fresh air than before and made something yourself, I like it

Personally I’d black it all out so you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you really look, but save that for another day

Be interesting to see if water would be an issue. Airbox is a nice idea but prefer the fog light being in place.

You could have routed that pipework to the grill area on the fog light surround, and kept it looking stealth whilst getting the same 'gains' if there are any.
Personally I think it ruins the look of the car, but it's your car so if you are happy with it then my opinion doesn't matter.

I remember buying an itg cai from a member on here and he sent me the piece off felix pipe he used to go to foglight grille and bk to itg cone , tried it but never really noticed any power gains .
But what you have done looks rather nice if done in black

I'm running two flexi pipes from behind the fog grille up to 15-20cm from filter for ages. This way it's safe from hydrolocking.
Could be difference in logging conditions at the time and app accuracy but torque logs gave + 8-10 g/s.
