Temperature gauge light fickering

Hi all,

The light for the engine temperature gauge in my drivers console has started flickering off and on every so often.

Any ideas?

The light that lights up the 2 on the tachometer flashes every now and again on mine as well. It’s not done it for a while but must be a bad soldered connection. There is a company I’ve seen on wheeler dealers that repairs clusters, I can’t remember their name though.

My fuel gauge lighting flickers off sometimes.
Problem is, will it be on or off when they "repair" it and what about the other potential "flickers" in the future?

 

Hum, you don't happen to mean the needle illumination?
