Temp sensor.

Finally got my new flywheel and clutch fitted, car is running great. Changed from dmf to smf. Anyway, the temp gauge doesn't move for about half an hour of driving, my guess is temp sensor. If it was thermostat it wouldn't move at all? Heaters work perfectly fine. Car seems to be using a lot of fuel too. Is the temp sensor easy enough to get to and replace?

Yes to both. Hardest bit is getting the clips off :)

That's the one dude.. So info on web about changing it so would definitely a search bud

It's pretty easy..you can do it no problem

Usually just over a tenner.. Don't buy the cheap fake ones as they will play up and you'll have new problems.
