Temp-Sender

Where would i find the temp-sender on my car? i dont have the xp laptop at home 2day (cant use elsa) and was hoping to do it today as its my only day off! as you might know its a a3 1.8 non turbo! cheers for any help.

haha thats for my sadly missed A4 1.8t lol read the sig more carefully!

Look for a blue electrical connector, not sure if its the same but its worth a look, should be right next to the engine

i was told a green one is better to put in over a blue is this true? whats the difference?

Yeah thats it, you can see the plastic clip, pull that away from to unclip it, then grab the blue bit and give it a yank Make sure you collect the old o-ring and it doesnt go for a swim
