Hello,new member to the forum. I need some technical help! My TCM is bad and came back unrepairable! So I have the option of buying a used one with same numbers and hoping it will work,and will last! Or buying a refurbished TCM that’s recoded to my VIN!
My question is this,if I buy the refurbished,reprogrammed TCM,will it be a plug n play type situation? If not,what are the issues I will have to deal with? I do have VCDS but I just got it,and I’m still learning!
