Tail lights

Hi! I really want to use my back fog lights as tail lights. So I wonder if it is just to replace te bulbs, or do i have to do anything else? To make myself clear, I want the fog lights to be weaker. I think it looks so much better with lights all over than just the corners.

It's just a tick box on vcds, mine are the same brightness as the side lights, but when used as fogs are much brighter
