Symphony II to II+ upgrade

Looks like Kufatec have brought out and adaptor thingy to let you fit a GenII+ head unit into a car that came with a GenII unit.

Can you explain about the Symphony system , ive not got a clue.

Ive got the one that play MP3's and in built 6 CD changer.

What does the + mean?

Ive got the one that plays MP3's but doenst have a changer in it... i.e. single slot.. is that the difference in the +?

The + is the one that plays MP3.

Symphony is the one with the 6 disc changer
Concert is the one with the single disc.

The II+ units have been standard on all models since MY07 and are all double-din.
