Suspension bushes and/or top mounts

Hi all
I own a 2014 A3 TDI S-line Sportback.
I've developed a low-speed creak (over speed humps, on and off the drive, etc).
Can anyone advise me what sort of job it is to replace the suspension bushes and, if needed, the front top mounts ? Also, what sort of bill I could expect ?

When I had a similar issue, I found that popping the bonnet and getting my girlfriend to turn the wheel lock to lock whilst I listened was really useful in enabling me to locate the problem to my drivers side top mount. Mine was replaced under warranty though, so I don't know how much the job costs.
