Had my brake and side light bulb fail this morning in heavy rain so needed to get it fixed. Popped into Norwich Audi to get a new bulb as the old S3 is fussy about what bulbs it likes..... Turns out that the nice ladies on reception took my keys off me, offered me hot drinks and whilst I wandered around what seemed like the most expensive cars they make, my bulb was changed free off charge for me!

So thank you very much Audi... I appreciate that. Turns out not all dealers are bad news.

I love this inclination that people have that car dealers are bad news...we're trying to sell you a car or retain your business, of cause we want to keep you buttered up.

Good work Norwich Audi, nice to see things like this posted up for all to see

They must have been like this when you turned up at their dealership to buy a buld!
