Subwoofer Problem

Has anyone had issues with the b and o subwoofer. got in my car today. no sound from any speakers except the sub blasting a tone at full volume. Nearly s**t myself! only way to silence it is to mute the stereo.

Maybe try resetting the mmi. Never heard of this problem.
