Subframe bushings poly vs billet

Was looking for subframe bushes for my TQS, i was tempted to go the 034 billet route but read up they can creak and i came across some ak motorsport polyurethane bushes and im more tempted to go this route anyone had any first hand experience with either bushes ?

Fit RS4 rubber ones is my advice.

I put the aluminium 034 subframe ones in mine. Had no creaks or anything. They were spot on, but when it comes to fitting them, they're not a direct fit due to tolerances. I had to grind the holes in the subframe to get them to fit in properly.
