Sub Woofer removal

Hi Guy's
Here goes my first of many new threads so here we go . . .

I've aquired a pioneer under seat woofer from a friend and reckon it would sound ten times better than the hidden OEM thats in the boot.

Does anyone know how to remove the surroundings without damage. I've had a go but cant seem to totally remove. I can not find the hidden screws that fasten it on the top (All the rest no pobs)

Oh and can anyone identify the cable/colours when i do get the cover off?
