Stuck on bleeding brakes

Just bled them with eezibleed, Pedal is firm with car off. Turn car on and pedal goes to the floor. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Bled the master cylinder? pedal will be hard with the engine off as the vacuum will disipate as you pump the pedal with the engine off... this is by design

Also tuffty as you pointed out to me , 2 nipples on b.m.c are very stiff and snap easily, use ptfe lube or wd40 , lots of it!
