Are you guys still using the s3 in the winter period in the snow and salt ?

Just gave mine a clean and polish and is ready for storage this winter , on the other hand car would be fun in the snow , just affraigt for the salt this winter .

yup, daily ish. air here is pretty salty off the sea, so i'm not worrying about the pitiful sprinkling of salt the council put down if they can be *****.
i have a farm each side where i live, so mud all round will be this winter's hot new look

detail the car for winter use, loads of paint protection and makes cleaning a lot easier and reduces damage the salt causes. Can also underseal the car before winter too.

Its fine in the winter, its a quattro, thats what they are made for

Mine gets used all year round, poor thing. If only I had two parking spaces I'd get an old derv vrs for winter.

Don't know the name of the product. Il get it for you.
My car has done more miles up and down and so the jacks and stands have eaten away at underseal so I try and coat it now

i'm not actually affraid for the paint but affraid for the underside of the car !

Car gets washed and waxed every week when driving it !

I'm thinking to do a full restoration of the underside next year and get it as good as new
