Stiff door hinges

As per title my passenger drivers side door has become increasingly harder to close.... I've cleaned the hinge thoroughly and put lithium grease on it. It seemed to become easier to close but recently it's gone harder to close again....
Any ideas on what to do on this one?

Are you sure it's the hinges ? more likely the restrictor is seizing

Where is that ? So I can look to see if it's that causing the problem

In between the two hinges, it's a metal curved slide. one side is fixed to the A pillar the other to the door.

I bought some wd40 some other variant of it and I cleaned the hell out of it and sprayed everywhere . it seems to have helped... I cleaned hinges first so no lubricant was on them....
