Q3 Steering wheel buttons do not work after MMI replacement

hello.
I replaced my car's MMI system (AUDI Q3 2014)
Because I had a malfunction in the MMI system in Bellotus
After the exchange, I unlocked the AUDI dealer (Component protaction)
And everything worked great!
Except for my steering wheel buttons
The buttons just don't work for MMI control.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do for the buttons to work?
*My new MMI belonged to the 2016 AUDI Q3

Is your wheel current for 2016 Q3 or changed to different version?

The part was replaced with part of the AUDI Q3 2016.
The number of parts is different

Old part number (original of my car) : 8U0035183C
New Part Number (2016) : 8U1035187A

My steering wheel is original (my car AUDI Q3 2014) and I did not replace the steering wheel
