Steering Rack

Hi All

Hopefully someone here can tell me where i can get a steering rack for a 99 S3 without being ripped off by a Audi dealer? Recon or new...

Any help appreciated.

Be careful to get the S3 specific rack as it's not the same as the A3 rack (it's quicker/ less turns lock to lock). I've got a newly reconditioned rack at home which I don't need so would be open to sensible offers if you get stuck.

ebay acs power steering am sure type in audi steering rack and should come up i used them last year re conditioned, its hard to qualify for a surcharge tho
