Standard halogen headlight to xenon upgrade

I have just bought some s3 headlights (xenon) and was wondering if its a straigjt swap with my standard halogen headlights? Is there any wiring involved with the swap and how difficult is it overall? Here are some pics of the headlights i curretly have and the new ones that i want to fit
Any help would be much appreciated

Its not a straight swap, wiring is needed & a specific coding & version of modules.
