Stain removal??

Evening guys,

Can someone give me some help? Next door neighbours kids have put sun tan cream/oil hand prints on his car. How can I remove them? I've tried polish but it removes a little bit not all. Even going over it with a DA doesn't shift it.
I was thinking an APC wipe or spray? Would this do the trick?

its oil based so so you need paintshop degreaser (presuming your talking on his paintwork), this will also take any wax off so that will have to be re-applied.
