SQ5 2017 brakes to A3 8P

Does anyone know if I could put a set of SQ5 brake calipers and discs on the A3 I've got 18 inch OZ Allegerita wheels.

Could also get hold of the hubs and carriers but not sure if they'd bolt on to mine.

Any pointers appreciated

It's not a mod I have ever seen mentioned before. Only way to find out is have a go yourself and see how it fits together. Having the carrier's to hand would be useful as I can't imagine it would be a straight forward caliper change.

Ok fair enough I'm sure a bit of trial and error would soon help. Bit of a weird combination but they look like 4 pot brembos so wld be nice.
