Hi all,

Some of these shots are in another post regarding spacers, but thought i'd post the reuslt of a busy weekend here.
Spent most of Saturday sorting out the interior.
Cleansed the leather - AG leather cleaner
Fed the leather - AG leather cream
Treated all plastics and rubbers - JEFF's Satin Prot
Treated the piano black inserts with JEFF's Prime Acrylic
Cleansed all interior glass - AG Fast Glass

No pics sorry - but looks like new - really pleased actually.

Sunday was the exterior:
Rinsed then Washed - 2 bucket - with Lambswool wash mitt and microfibre mitt
Dried with the waffle towel
Clayed some of the lower panels to remove tar spots
Dried off the alloys
Polished the alloys with JEFFs Prime Strong
Treated the alloys to a couple of coats of poorboys wheel sealent

Porter Cable out:
Polished headlights and taillights with a mild spot pad and Menz 106FA
Polished all panels with Lake Country Polishing pad and Menz 85RD
Buffed with Delux Mega Towels
Used German App to apply JEFF's Prime Acrylic
Buffed with Delux Mega Towels
Applied Jeff's Acylic Jett Trigger
Buffed with Delux Mega Towels
Treated external plastics to 303 Aerospace protectant
Polished Exhaust tips with Meg's NXT metal polish
Dressed the tyres with AG Instant Tyre Shine - and wiped off residue

Anyway, a pretty heavy weekend but it's brought the car pretty much back to new - i'm really pleased with the end result.

As always, a big thank you to Rich & Clark at Polished Bliss for their on-going advice and patience! Cheers guys.

Thanks for looking!

Colour looks great Jamie. Bet you enjoyed every minute of it. Lovely finish you got there and it's good to see you getting right into it now!!

Nice one.:icon_thumright:

Thanks for the comments jr
It's quite satisfying - I find it a good way to switch off from work (and last week sucked!).
Especially satisfying as there is a sprint blue S4 cab that parks here (estate agent I think) and it's seen nothing but £5 hand car washes and it shows, the paint is dull as hell.... I love shaming him!
Must thank people on this forum for the wealth of info. It is second to non, but I still have lots to learn....
It's cost me a fortune in kit and products though!

I wonder whether he evens notices or not - I only say that as to have an S4 implies he is some kind of 'enthusiast' - so weird he doesnt look after his car! Or maybe he thinks paying 'extra' for a hand car wash is looking after it!!

Top job on the S3 tho' - love that colour :icon_thumright:

Great work my man, car looks sweet. So good in fact, I think I may have to go with the Jeffs after we strip the VTS at next week's breakfast club meet. After trying a few waxes on it, along with Zaino, I'm still convinced I can get a lot better from it - Jeffs it is then!

A compliment from the master - that's made my day!
Is it to a high enough standard for the polished bliss show and shine I wonder?????

I know - it's awesome stuff the Werkstat kit (Formerly known as JEFF's!!!!) ;)
