Spring assistance when towing

When towing has anyone had bottoming out issues after lowing your car, and how have you prevented it?
I will shortly be fitting a Bilstein B12 kit to my A4 B7, and rear bump stops aren't recommend with it. I not sure that I won't have issues when towing my caravan.

Has anyone used this sort, and are they any good?

Not tried them but has to be better than nothing.

My thoughts entirely.
I doubt it will bottom out with B12s but you never know.
