Sportback rear lights

Hi just a quick question if I purchase this off Kufatec will it work with my right hand drive car, it says not but with the sportback lights having two reverse and fogs I cant see why,

To be honest that price on the Kufatec website isn't too bad as the lights are around £250 from Audi in the UK... Plus the loom on top.

Very easy to retrofit as well, 30-45 mins fitting and then a lil coding. That ebay price isn't half bad depending on how much shipping is.
