SPORT button not working??

Hi all.

I have a friend with a B7 RS4 avant. He is in France just now and his "SPORT" button has stopped working. Has anyone see or heard of this before?

No but if he has an rs4 then he can certainly afford vagcom, lol, give it a scan & see any codes thrown, also try removing the airbag & trim on wheel & press the sport button on the pcb itself just to see if this has gone faulty as of course its sprung loaded so maybe this has gone, I believe & correct me if wrong but doesnt the sport button make the actuator on the exhaust open up more, maybe this has stuck, just ideas as if the actuator motor has siezed then maybe it shuts the sport function of
