spark plugs which ones

hiya ive asked this before but just cant remeber i have a 1.8T with a AMD remap.


can someone tell me which plugs i need with full part number i know there NGK's but just cant remember the number for which work best with my remap.


also can you tell me what the gap is on the plugs

NGK BKR6E for standard turbo cars.

Gapped at 0.028 for remapped.
Gapped at 0.032 for standard.


For those with a bigger turbo its NGK BKR7E.

Oh yeah and replace them about every 6k miles.

i use bosch super 4's i really noticed the difference

thats what i have in at the mo but i want to go back to ngk
