What's the best sound settings for a non Bose/B&O in terms of Subwoofer/Base/Treble and positioning of audio.

I heard some people say +1 for Subwoofer and Base, +2 for Treble

I have everything on default although it could sound better.

What settings sounds best for you?

I have the sub and bass both on +2, treble on default, then adjusted the sound cursor to slightly back from centre of car.
Sounds good for a variety of music. Although since I don't have DAB, if I listen to the football on Radio5, I have to turn down the bass to 0 to get a clear sound.

Don't know about +1 and +2 etc but I have mine on
Bass 2 o'clock
Treble 3 o'clock
Sub 2 o'clock
And dsp on 'all'
gala 'on'
Non Bose/b&o

Or if listened to very loudly then bass on 12 o'clock and sub on 12 o'clock.
