As stated above, an ebay seller uses a photo of my car on their product page for a commercial purpose without my permission. Should I do anything with it like to put them down or charge some money? What would you do?

Here is the product sales page: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202559848734

You could maybe email them and say about GDPR but I think they can get away with it. Your number plate isn't shown and does it contain any sensitive info or put you in danger?

GDPR won't help, but if you've taken (and therefore own) the photo and they are using it without consent then they should pay a licensing fee for it.

Had it a few times with some of my photos.

File a report on Ebay 'infringes your intellectual rights' or whatever is relevant to your case.

Ebay should (eventually) do something about it and take it off.

I'm sure the law changed unless its on private property. Because people now hang outside police stations to wind them up taking videos or pictures and then when they get arrested get compensation for false arrest or imprisonment.

Or you could take as a 'compliment' that someone is using your photos.
