Solar Orange general consensus

The 20k car is at a performance specialist, look like high milers to be fair, get ya point though

I used to think Solar S3s looked daft.

Then after seeing a few sorted ones with the optics pack and anthracite wheels I completely changed my mind.

That said, I wouldnt ever buy one, resale would scare me and Im too old for an orange car, period.

Cool car for a fortunate young fella maybe.

What you need is a Sprint blue pre facelift, H&Rs, BBS CHs, 33K miles, 1 previous owners, FASH, REVO Stage 1, 57plate with all the extras except buckets.
Oh, and a brand new OEM SACH clutch fitted by AUDI.

And enough change from 20K to book a Holiday.

I love the Orange but only with Black Alloys and Grill. To top it off a glass black roof and its sweet!!!!

Doubt you'd get bored driving it (you cant see it when you are tucked inside enjoying it lol). TBH, all the S ranges are drawing attention of thiefs etc and I dont feel the colour would add anymore to that. It seems all nice cars are targeted, sad though it is.

Sepang is the other choice, totally stunning especially in the sun!

its not just the thiefs... but a bright orange car will draw the attention of the police as well, so expect to get pulled now and then

No not yet. Tried a different set of alloys on and no difference. Least I know for certain now its not the alloys. So its in Friday to check the rear diff and everything at the rear drivers corner as thats where some noise comes from. Daft thing is it disappears at 30mph!!!

Only good thing about 30 is the fuel economy improves lol, not enough to do it though lol

Not sure.
The last time I seriously looked at wacky colours was a yellow Renault 5 Turbo when I was 22.
Way back when Dakar yellow E36 M3s were a good idea.

i see a solar orange tt-s with a really hot bird behind the wheels in cardiff so i like that car lol , i like it but as said its very in your face my choice would be either suzuka grey (like alex's ash yum yum) or sprint/sepang blue
