Soft top issues

I have an audi a5 cabriolet and the roof keeps saying soft top not secure and i can't seem to find the t-bar key thing to manually opening it and try and reset it please help

Around 3.11 it shows you where the key is.

It’s not a T Handel, it’s a large Allen key.
