Well after selling my S3 (8p) a few years back due to doing high miles I am back . First off cannot remember my login for old account so I have started a new one .

Few of you might remember my car from the last time I was a member on here if not here is my sprint blue S3 8p

So the new motor and I will say the same I said before it's just gonna be kept standard haha. I pick it up next weekend . 2011 Audi S3 Black Edition and never seen this colour before so should be interesting . Anyway here is the soon to be new motor .

I look forward to been a asn member again and spending money as you always do forums haha. Let me know what you think guys and girls

I've never seen a green S3 8P before, I like it! The black grill is definitely a must on it, I'd be tempted to go for black rings (front & back) and drop it 25mm with H&R's, that kind of still counts as keeping it standard haha.

Yep me neither that's why I love the colour .

Haha . Does the H&R not make it more crashie though? As I am done with crashie rides. The BMW is horrible but that is down to the runflat tyres.

I can't speak from personal experience yet and it is down to personal preference as what's acceptable to one, may not be to another, however I've spoken to several people on here over recent months who are just running the H&R 25mm of whom say that the ride is perfectly fine. Obviously if you can afford a decent set of coilovers then go for them but if you're not wanting to spend much money then these should do the job. I'm hoping to get some later this year with some new front top mount struts so will let you know my verdict.
