single din to double din conversion

Hi All

I just bought myself an a4 avant sport today and compared to my last one this doesnt have the double din stereo fitted. can i do an upgrade from single to double din if so where would i be able to pick up an adaptor from, also any ideas on how much? i want to put a double din sat nav unit in

its a 2003 (03) reg avant tdi sport

yes, easy swap out , just a little time consuming, allow a couple of hours, youll need the double din cage, i got mine off ebay for about £50, the whole centre console has to be removed then swap the cages out then refit console, not as bad as it sounds, plenty on here have done it.

What about the heater/climate controls do they not need then lowering?
