Silver paint on key - peeling?

Anyone else's key peeling with wear and tear from the keyring?

Not a good look 9 months in

I don’t have any other keys attached to my Audi key.

Agree it isn’t good but 9 months of daily use soon starts to show.

That “damage” could be caused by the key ring putting excess strain depending on how you look after the keys ie in pocket / thrown on the table etc.

Mine is the same after 12 months, no peeling at all. I have mine on a massive bunch as well, and does get thrown around

Doubt it would be covered under warranty, I'm almost too embarassed to even ask if it's covered ha

My car keys go through hell, so in a way it was only inevitable they get the wear!
