I got a 2019 a5 2.0T 190 S-line
I noticed the other day my car shuddering / vibrating at idle like once every 5 sec or so. It does it both in park with handbrake on, and at traffic lights where it presumably has the hand brake on (the mode where you come up to a stop, and then you can take your foot off all pedals and it just sits there). I always turn stop-start off unless in a big queue. The RPM meter does not move when this occurs.
The car has just hit 7k miles, I bought it at 5k and it's been a nice 2k of smooth motoring.
Also may or may not be related there's a buzzing noise coming from behind the dash board, it's intermittent buzz/rattle mainly on less than perfect roads. Probably not related.
The car has 3 years of warranty but given corona I don't really want to waste their time if it's not a big deal.
I'm wondering about coilpacks but unsure. Any help please?
