I was just thinking the A8/S8 forum seems to be a bit slow but I guess the number of owners compared to other models is low

Love the cars, always wanted a D2 S8 but never happened. Am now looking for a D3 4.2 Tdi (S8 will have to wait a few more years) as they have come down to just about in my price range for a good one.

Believe me you would really like a D3 4.2 tdi it has massive torque and an effortless cruiser and if you care to chip it then it faster than a 4.2 petrol SFI....check out the 2016 A8 now that will be something else engine options yet to be fixed but expect there to be the 4.2 tdi in the line-up

When.it comes to diesels there.is such untapped potential. The torque they produce is largely unused and the turbo drops in to late. a quick remap or use the piggy back cup on the common rail and it unleashed the pull at low revs and drops the turbo in for extra umpf.
It's worth it as you gain on the mpgs too.
Upwards of 40% more torque and 20% for mpgs. which is nice.

Unfortunately not the fridge, just a ski bag which I removed so I have access to the boot from in the car, then in the centre armrest itself is the Audi medical kit, Rear DVD Entertainment Remote, MMI Remote and of course the Cup Holders, lol.

Interior. Just dealer pics for now, will put better ones up when I've done a good clean.
Note the "Comfort Seats" rather than the standard "S" Sports seats (same seat, different stitching), goes well with the de-badge I guess.
I wasn't sure about the carbon trim at first, but it's growing on me.
