Short shift

My Mrs has bought me a short shift for Father's Day bless her,only its not anything like I had on my previous S3,I had the weird looking triangle that mounts on your gearbox..u all know the one,she showed me a picture of the one she has got this time round however and it looks like it goes on to the linkage on the gearstick,my question is will this fit and is anyone else using it? Thanks in advance!

Thats' a copy of the B&M replacement gearstick

Much shorter and more positive operation over the OEM gearstick

They change the reverse gear safetey catch from a push-down to and pull-up ring system

Are hassle to fit though, require prop shaft and exhaust moving out the way so you can get to the underside and connect up the linkages

By the looks of that one, you'll also need a new gear knob to screw onto the top

I've got a feeling it doesn't fit the S3 though. . .
