Service reset 2007 b7

Just reset the oil service light (as per uou tube video)everything went as should but after a week its not showing any figures as to when the next oil service is due,have i missed something here or is it a case of waiting longer for the figures to show.

I you press the service button does it tell you? Not sure if mine tells me on start everytime, only when a service is imminent.

Ive reset it the same way before and it use to display 9500 miles also 365 days then count backwards, but not doing it for some reason ??.

You need to do 500 miles before it will start working again.

Thanks for the reply,that would explain 9,500 miles and not 10,000 miles then.
